I am an accredited counsellor and CBT therapist with a master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London who believes in the transformative power of self-awareness and the process of change.

With a non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

By combining evidence-based CBT techniques and an integrative approach, it is possible to collaboratively help clients identify, challenge, and then change unhealthy and unhelpful beliefs, replacing them with healthier and more helpful ones.

CBT Therapy

  • CBT is a goal-oriented therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

    The fundamental concept behind CBT is that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected, and changing dysfunctional thought patterns can lead to changes in emotional well-being and behaviour.

  • Integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other psychological methods can be beneficial, as it allows one to tailor the approach to the specific needs and preferences of the client.

    Additionally, with CBT I work with Compassion Focus Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focus Therapy, and EMDR.

  • I bring to our sessions not only my professional training and expertise but also genuine compassion for the human experience. I recognise that every person is different, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your needs.

    Trust and rapport are foundational elements in a counselling relationship and I have a friendly and trustworthy attitude for creating a comfortable and open therapeutic environment.
